9.2 Requisitions – DRAFT requires updating

PeopleSoft Finance 9.2 will require different Security forms, in lieu of the old 3R’s Form.

REQUISITON ENTRY

  • Those who were designated for Requisition Entry by the old 3R’s forms will be able to enter Requisitions
  • Those that submit a new form “PeopleSoft Access for Individuals”will also be able to enter Requisitions
  • The new form “PeopleSoft Access for Individuals” will need to be submitted for everyone on campus, however, we want to make Go Live week a smooth transition in regards to Requisition Entry, so we will allow previous Requisition Entry staff to keep access.

    • REQUISITION APPROVAL

  • Those who are designated to Approve Requisitions by the new “PeopleSoft Finance Online Approval for Department”will be able to approve Requisitions.
  • Department Managers, Business Managers, and all that Approve: please attend a workshop on 9.2 Security in February and March.
