Attachments should be supporting information for the Approver to better understand the purpose of the transaction. Sponsored funding requires backup for Cost Transfers.
In addition to explaining the specific transaction, Colleges or Units may use attachments to inform Department Approvers and Central Approvers of the ongoing financial relationship.
The attachment follows the Journal Entry and can be viewed by anyone on campus. Please avoid attachments with sensitive information.
