UMBC’s Financial Accounting and Reporting Department oversees the Accounting and Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Payroll Distribution, Plant Accounting and Inventory, Debt Management, Bank Wires from USM Foundation or other Entities, and manages the University’s Funds.
